- 12 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 15-oz can canned white beans, drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
