- 12 oz steak, whole 1-inch thick
- 1 lb potatoes, 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
